The VDVR-30E1 is available from 30 Channels to 240 Channels on Digital Lines in a single system.
Key Features
	Inputs From :	Analog/E1/T1 Digital Trunks and Extensions.
	Storage :	Hard Disk.
	Archive :	Hard Disk, CD ROM, DAT Tape and Audio Cassette.
	Compression :	ADPCM/A-Law/m -Law and other compression formats.
	Record Enable On :	Loop current / voltage or VOX Trigger or on demand.
	Graphical User Interface :	User friendly GUI for Monitoring and Control. All the messages will get displayed in the GUI.

		Search Options :	Date/ Time, Channel ID, Phone Number, Call Type (Internal, External) and Message Tag.
		Live Conversation Play :	Through Headset & Multimedia.
		Retrieval/Replay Options :	Local, Over LAN
		System Security :	The user will have a password for logging into the voice logger. User can change password using the "change password" dialog.
		Message Play Facility From GUI :	User can play the logged messages by double clicking on it or by clicking the play button.
		Label for Each Message :	The GUI will display Message Name, Date, Time, Duration, Extension Number and Status of all the Messages.
		Message Deleting :	The system provides facility of deleting a single message or messages before specified date.

	System Warning Message :	The system will flash a warning message on the GUI screen, e.g. ‘Backup drive is full’ or ‘System storage space exceeds pre-set level of the allotted space’ etc.
	Warnings/Alarms Messages on E-Mail :	System will send a warning email message to the address configured in the voice logger, if the message storage exceeds pre-set level of the allotted space etc. (Configurable).
	Backup and Restore Facility :	The system provides back-up and restore facility for the Voice Logged data on Hard Disk, CD ROM, DAT Tape and Audio Cassette.
	Enable/Disable the Recording :	System Administrator can Enable/Disable the recording function on any channel through configuration.
	Fax logging (optional) :	Logging of fax calls can be provided as an additional option.
	Reports :	System Administrator can view detailed "Recorded Calls Report" for each channel both incoming or outgoing calls over or desired period of time and print the reports.

Dedicated PC - Pentium 4 Machine with 512 MB RAM Rack Mount 19", expandable to 4E1 Operating System: Windows NT (Server/Workstation) or Windows 2000 or XP (from 8 ports and above). Electrical: Mains 110/230 Volts, 50/60 Hz (Preferable through UPS).
